ABOUT ME

I have almost 20 years of counseling experience after earning my Masters in Counseling Psychology at Lesley University in 2007.  After years serving a wide range of clients and issues at community mental health agencies in Framingham and Worcester, I started a private practice in 2015 which is now exclusively telehealth.  

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify unhelpful negative thought patterns and develop healthy new ways of thinking. I also incorporate mindfulness skills to help your body settle down and switch out of fight or flight mode. From there, we can work on assertive communication skills to help with interpersonal issues effectively.
