Guided by spirits: a New Year's transformative journey
Charles Dickens's "A Christmas Carol" is the most satisfying and wonderful before & after story ever told. This workshop will explore the sweet magic of the novel and apply it to the year ahead. Consider how the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet To Come create a profound change in Ebeneezer Scrooge by finding what is joyful and meaningful in the human heart. Then take a journey through your own powerful life touchstones in order to create a joyful plan of self-care and connection in the new year.

On Saturday January 10 from 10 am to 12 pm
Join me and the all the characters from A Christmas Carol to examine the transformative power of
- core memories
- rituals and practices
- claiming your own admirable strengths and qualities

We will explore how the Spirits' values of being present, appreciating the moment, being generous of spirit, mentoring and helping, and connecting with others both new and old can apply to your own new year's goals.
