I'm Kate McCann
I have 20 years of mental health counseling experience, as well as a lifetime of learning about and utilizing a wide range of wellness practices and approaches.
I love helping clients get clear about their needs, find their voice, and then put their plans into action.

I use my clinical listening, sense of humor, and love of learning to empower my clients. My favorite client complement? "Kate's keeping it real."
