How to relax your shoulders right this minute

There are some especially magical spots on our beautiful planet. Star Island among New Hampshire's Isle of Shoals is one of them. I watch this live cam for a few minutes at the end of every work day and without fail I involuntarily let out a big sigh and feel my shoulders relax. Being there is even better!
